Over the last two years, the number of plants has doubled! Today, the CARBOFIL Company brings innovating biological treatment solutions for greases, industrial wastewater, septic water (from septic tank), sludges stabilization and reduction and liquid manure treatment. The company has more than one hundred installations under operation. These results are due to customer recognition and the confidence shown by the great names of the water treatment and industry (DEGREMONT, VEOLIA WATER, SAUR France, NESTLE, UNILEVER, L’OREAL, etc…). First grease treatment plant The CARBOFIL® Company was created in 1997 by Mr. BOULANT, with an aim to manufacture an innovative and extremely powerful aerobic digester. The bioreactor has been patented all over the world. Its innovation lies in a very special combination of mixing and oxygenation. The result is to bring a great quantity of oxygen while controlling the foaming phenomena with a very low electricity consumption. CARBOFIL is developing new applications from the initial process and new technologies of wastewater and liquid waste treatment. For example, developments with The French National Navy and the Laboratory of Hydrodynamics in Brest, has allowed us to optimize the aerobic digester propeller and reduce by twice the energy consumption. Slurry treatment plant in Spain CARBOFIL has developed its exports with ten installations already built in different countries. For grease treatment, CARBOFIL is partner to the largest French companies in the design of municipal wastewater treatment plants. For slurry treatment, the CARBOFIL® process is validated by the authorities in the largest pig producer countries (Canada, Russia, the United States, Spain, etc.). For industrial wastewater treatment, specific partnerships and the advantages of CARBOFIL technology make it possible to bring solutions to each industry.
