Fats treatment

For your building of wastewater treatment plant projects, we propose aerobic digesters for fats and scum treatment.

For your customer, choose the performance of a bioreactor especially designed for greasy waste while making economies on the investment.

We guarantee minimum yield removal of 80% on the COD and 90 % on greases with power consumption 3 to 4 times lower than traditional systems.

In addition, our apparatus is the most compact on the market with a very small ground surface (load of 11 kgCOD/m3/d).

Septage management and treatment

At the moment there is a very interesting new solution for the primary treatment of septage (septic water).

The main objective is to increase the oxidation reduction potential (ORP) and to treat pollution when it is still concentrated and make it possible to limit the impact of important volumes of septage on a WWTP.

Primary treatment allows the reduction of the total power consumption of the activated sludge and reduces the risks of filamentous development and bulking phenomena.

There is also the possibility of making a combined treatment of fats and septage. The advantages of mixing the two products are as follows :

• Elimination of the organic load before introduction on the WWTP (allows to reduce the size of the activated sludge),
• Only one receiving station for fats and septage,
• Rebalancing of COD/N/P ratio, therefore, no system of phosphorus and nitrogen injection is necessary,
• Natural dilution of fats and scums, which improves their pumping and their transfer,
  Septage is never free from fats,
• Only one investment for the two products.

Sludge reduction

Based on the same technology of very vigorous mixing and aerating system, the CARBOFIL® bioreactor allows an aerobic mesophil or thermophil sludge digestion.

The aeration principle makes it possible to eliminate many problems from foaming and to reduce power consumption.

The engine does not use a compressor. The guaranteed outputs are about 30 to 50% of on organic matter removal.

In addition to stabilization, this digestion allows a reduction and a hygienisation of sludge.
A Co-digestion of sludges and fats is also possible.
