Industrial wastewater treatment plant
Reduce your pollution taxes Industrialists have made great efforts to save water. The result being concentration in pollution of their wastewater. The CARBOFIL® Bioreactor is particularly well adapted for the effluents charged in COD and makes it possible to treat them in biological way. Our main interest is to limit the management of treatment by-products (fats, sludges) which are more and more expensive to eliminate. Our solutions for the industrial wastewater treatment are as follows :
Fats treatmentFats represent most of the carbonaceous pollution of the industrial effluents (1 gr of fats = 3 gr of COD). They produce very important harmful effects in networks and wastewater treatment plants (filling, foaming, odours, bad sedimentation, and bad dewatering of sludges). Also, it is essential to recover fats by degreasing the effluent. The spreading and the hiding of those wastes are prohibited or will be prohibited in a few years. The other means of elimination is often incineration, but it is very expensive. The solutions which we propose can quickly be paid by saving costs on waste elimination. The least expensive and best adapted treatment today is on site fat biological treatment. The solutions which we propose can quickly be paid by saving costs on waste elimination. Sludge reductionSludges or biosolids (biological or physicochemical) are increasingly difficult to eliminate. Agricultural spreading is recognized to be the most acceptable solution from an environmental and economic point of view. To perpetuate your spreading plan, one solution is the stabilization of sludges by aerobic digestion. In addition to stabilization, this digestion allows a reduction and sanitation of sludge. The reduction yield is about 30 to 50% of the organic matter. More information: Contact us Liquid refuse
Refuse treatment When problems of manufacture occur, the elimination of liquid refuse is very expensive (examples: wasted juices, whey, syrup or mayonnaise downgraded, ices melted, residuary liquors, etc). One solution can be the oxidation of this refuse in a biological way if it is in liquid form. The CARBOFIL® bioreactor is then an alternative to incineration. The refuse can be treated in addition with sludges or many types of fats to make for a more profitable investment. More information: Contact us. |
